Exporting your return orders data
Returnless allows you to export your returns data for reporting, analysis, or import into other systems. You can generate an export directly from the returns overview.
How to export your returns data
- Log in to your Returnless panel.
- Navigate to the page where your returns are listed.
- Click the Export button located at the top-right of the grid.

Choose your date range
After pressing the Export button, you will be able to select a date range. You can choose from:
- Preset date ranges
- A custom date range of your choice
This determines which returns will be included in the export.

Generate and download the export
Once you have selected a date range:
- Click Generate export.
- Returnless will generate a downloadable file based on your selected period and send it via email.
- When the export is ready, you can download it as a .zip file.
