Invoice specifications
From the Billing & Subscription page in your Returnless panel, you can download detailed specifications for every invoice. Each invoice includes a download button that provides a .zip file containing two CSV files:
- Payment transactions – an overview of paid return transactions (only applicable if consumers pay for returns).
- Shipments – an overview of all shipped return orders.
If one of the files is empty, this means no shipped returns or payment transactions occurred during that billing period.
Payment Transactions
This file is only relevant when you are using paid returns. The CSV contains an overview of all payment transactions facilitated by Returnless.
The total of these transactions appears on your invoice as Paid Return Contributions incl. Administration Fees.
CSV fields

| Shop name | Name of the shop. |
| P.O. Number | The P.O. number linked to the shipment. |
| Form | The form in which the shipment was created. |
| Date | Date of the transaction. |
| Description | Includes the return form name and the order ID. |
| Reference | The payment transaction ID generated by Returnless. |
| Return Order | The Return Order number as configured in Returnless. |
| Cost Price | The price excluding VAT required to facilitate the transaction with the PSP. (A list of transaction fees is available separately.) |
| Paid Return Contributions | The amount excluding VAT paid by the consumer to return the product. |
| VAT Percentage | The VAT percentage charged to the consumer. |
Shipments
This CSV contains all shipments that are included on the invoice under Shipping Charges.
A shipment is only charged when it reaches the status Delivered.
