UPS
If you have a carrier contract with UPS, you can integrate this shipping contract in Returnless. This way you can offer the UPS shipping methods to your customers, while using your own negotiated rates.
To add a new UPS shipping contract, follow these steps:
- Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
- Click the Shipping Contracts tab.
- Click the Add Shipping Contract button to add a new UPS.

Here is the information to enter:

|---|---|
| Account Number | Account Number: "UPS account reference" (6 characters e.g. "12A3B4") |
| Username | Your myUPS ID, if you don't have access to this ID yet, contact your UPS Account Manager. |
| Password | Your myUPS password. |
Once your integration is saved it will be marked as Pending until it is activated. You will receive an email once the integration is active, only then will you be able to offer this shipping method to customers.
