Sendcloud shipping contract

This shipping integration enables you to create shipping labels for your return shipments using your own Sendcloud account. If you want to retrieve order info from Sendcloud, we also provide a Platform Integration for Sendcloud.

If you have an SendCloud account, you can integrate SendCloud with Returnless. This way you can offer the SendCloud shipping methods to your customers.

Installation

To add a new SendCloud integration, follow these steps:

Adding the integration in Sendcloud

To enable communication between Sendcloud and Returnless, you need to create an integration in Sendcloud first.

1. Login to your Sendcloud account and navigate to the Settings  menu.
2. Click the Integrations  tab.
3. Find the Sendcloud API and click the Connect button.
4. Enter the following details:
5. Save the integration. A Public Key and Secret Key will be generated, which you will need in the next step.

Adding the integration in Returnless

To add a new integration with Sendcloud, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
2. Click the Shipping contracts tab.
3. Click the Add shipping contract button to add a new Sendcloud integration.

Using multiple shipping contracts in Sendcloud

Returnless is able to work with the multi-contract feature of Sendcloud. So in case you have multiple contracts of the same carrier in your Sendcloud environment, you will need to add a mapping of each carrier with the contract you would like to use. To create this mapping, follow these steps:

1. Open your Sendcloud integration and click the Fetch Sendcloud contracts button.
2. Scroll down to the Select contracts section. You will find a list of all available contracts.
3. For each carrier, select the applicable contract you would like to use when creating a shipment with that carrier.
