Self-Post

You can offer your customers the option to ship their return themselves through Returnless. Returnless will generate a form for them to print, so you know that the return you receive is from them.

Self-Post shipping methods are available through the Returnless contract.

To enable self-post, follow the following steps:

1. Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Return Forms menu.
2. Select the form you want to enable self-post for and choose the Settings button.
3. Select the Shipping Methods  tab.
4. In the Returnless contract tab, find the Self-Post shipping methods.
5. Activate the chosen methods by clicking the checkbox, according to the desired countries of origin and destination.
6. Press the Save button.

During their return process your customer will then be offered the following shipping method:

Once their return is created, they will be able to download the label to attach to their shipment.
