PostNL

If you have a carrier contract with PostNL, you can integrate this shipping contract in Returnless. This way you can offer the PostNL shipping methods to your customers, while using your own negotiated rates.

Installation

To add a new PostNL shipping contract, follow these steps:

Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
Click the Shipping contracts tab.
Click the Add shipping contract button
[For Belgium] to add a new PostNL (Belgium) .
[For other countries] Add a new PostNL

Installing PostNL integration

A list of the credentials that we need can be found below.

The PostNL credentials can normally be retrieved by logging in to the Mijn PostNL environment.

Field	Description
Customer number	Enter the Customer number ("klantnummer") that was given to you by PostNL.
Customer code	Enter the Customer code ("Klantcode") that was given to you by PostNL.
API Key	Please check your API management module to find your API Key. Please enter a production key. For more information, read the PostNL documentation
