PostAT

If you have a carrier contract with PostAT, you can integrate this shipping contract in Returnless. This way you can offer the PostAT shipping methods to your customers, while using your own negotiated rates.

Installation

To add a new PostAT shipping contract, follow these steps:

Collecting your credentials and information

The first step is to collect the information needed to install the integration on Returnless.

To gather your information:

• Go to plc.post.at
• Login with your PostAT account
• Go to Geratekonfiguration
• Choose Organisation: Abteilungen  > API Daten .
• Find following credentials:
  • Client ID
  • Organisation Unit GUID
  • Organisation Unit ID
  • PostAT tracking username
  • PostAT tracking password

Installation

To add a new integration with PostAT, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
2. Click the Shipping contracts tab.
3. Click the Add shipping contract button
4. Add a new PostAT contract

Here you can enter the previously gathered information to finalize your shipping contract.
