Mondial Relay
If you have a carrier contract with Mondial Relay, you can integrate this shipping contract in Returnless. This way you can offer the Mondial Relay shipping methods to your customers, while using your own negotiated rates.
Installation
To add a new Mondial Relay shipping contract, follow these steps:
Collecting your credentials and information
To use a Mondial Relay contract, you will need a Mondial Relay Professional account. If you do not have this yet, you can create one here.
Once your Mondial Relay professional account is open, you will receive a document via email entitled "Security Settings". In this document the following information is enclosed:

If you want to support returns from Austria or Germany, please provide the DUAL Carrier API credentials as well as your standard Mondial Relay credentials.

To add a new integration with Mondial Relay, follow these steps:
- Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
- Click the Shipping contracts tab.
- Click the Add shipping contract button
- Add a new Mondial Relay contract
