DPD

If you have a carrier contract with DPD, you can integrate this shipping contract in Returnless. This way you can offer the DPD shipping methods to your customers, while using your own negotiated rates.

Installation

To add a new DPD shipping contract, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
  2. Click the Shipping contracts tab.
  3. Click the Add shipping contract button to add a new DPD.

Generating your API User ID and Password

To create your Returnless integration you will need to obtain the correct credentials from DPD:

Setting Description
Delis ID DPD provides you with the DelisID. The DelisID consists of alphanumeric characters (e.g. Returnless123).
Delis Password DPD provides you with a Password. The password consists of any alphanumeric and special characters (e.g. j3Vw
Service Select the API service you want to use. Normally this is the same as the country you're located in
