DPD Austria

If you have a carrier contract with DPD AT, you can integrate this shipping contract in Returnless. This way you can offer the DPD shipping methods to your customers, while using your own negotiated rates.

Installation

To add a new DPD shipping contract, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
  2. Click the Shipping contracts tab.
  3. Click the Add shipping contract button to add a new DPD AT contract.

Generating your API User ID and Password

To create your Returnless integration you will need to obtain the correct credentials from DPD:

Setting Description
Mandant number DPD provides you with the Mandant number.
Customer number DPD provides you with the Customer number.
Depot number DPD provides you with the Depot number.
