DHL eCommerce

If you have a carrier contract with DHL eCommerce, you can integrate this shipping contract in Returnless. This way you can offer the DHL eCommerce shipping methods to your customers, while using your own negotiated rates.

Installation

To add a new DHL eCommerce shipping contract, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
  2. Click the Shipping contracts tab.
  3. Click the Add shipping contract button to add a new DHL Parcel Benelux.

Generating your API User ID and Password

To create your Returnless integration you will need an API User and Password.

  • Go to Settings in your DHL account
  • Go to API Keys.
  • Click on Generate new API Keys. The API User ID and Password become available

You can now use those credentials to finish the installation of your DHL eCommerce integration.
