DHL Paket
If you have a carrier contract with DHL Paket, you can integrate this shipping contract in Returnless. This way you can offer the DHL Paket shipping methods to your customers, while using your own negotiated rates.
Installation
To add a new DHL Paket shipping contract, follow these steps:
- Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
- Click the Shipping contracts tab.
- Click the Add shipping contract button to add a new DHL Paket.
Here are the necessary information to enter in order to install the integration:
Create a system user
To create a system user, follow these steps:
- Login to your Geschäftskundenportal and click Benutzer verwalten.
- After that, click the Create new user button to start creating a new user.
- Make sure that you select the System user type and add these permissions:
- Versenden Paket & Waren
- Retoure
4. Again click on Create user. You will receive an email, click the link in the email to activate the account.
5. Choose a username and password for the new user. After that, enter the credentials in Returnless.
Add a new DHL contract in Returnless

| Billing number Warenpost - national | Optional - You can find the billing numbers in the DHL Business portal (Name of your account > Contract data) |
| Return receiver IDs | Optional - You will find the respective names of the return recipients (Receiver ID) listed in the DHL customer portal under the menu item Returns > Settings under the entry Receiver ID. |
Setting Receiver IDs
The Receiver ID overrides the return address you setup in Returnless. This will be set at return time and printed on the return label.
To find your Return Receiver IDs:
- Go to DHL Geschäftskundenportal > Parcel & Products > Returns > Settings.
- In the Receiver and country overview, your account manager will define all countries from which you want to receive returns (per country = one line).
- Copy the Receiver ID to the Returnless contract settings for each country that you want to enable returns for.
