Colissimo

If you have a carrier contract with Colissimo, you can integrate this shipping contract in Returnless. This way you can offer the Colissimo shipping methods to your customers, while using your own negotiated rates.

How to install

To add a new Colissimo shipping contract, follow these steps:

Login to your Returnless panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
Click the Shipping contracts tab.
Click the Add shipping contract button to add a new Colissimo.
Enter a contract name (internal) for your integration.
Enter your Account number and Password.
Enter your API key.
Click the save button to connect your Colissimo contract.

Retrieving your Colissimo API key

If you don't have your Colissimo API key (Password) at hand, you can retrieve it as follows:

Go to your Colissimo account.
Go to My Account > Manage users.
Select the pen icon next to the user you want to view the API key for.
The API key will be displayed in the Web services application key field.

Surcharge	Per shipment	Remarks
Fuel surcharge	Variable (e.g. 10.5%)	Colissimo calculates a variable fuel surcharge on the parcel price for all services and products. This price is indexed, which means that they constantly adjust it according to the fluctuating fuel prices. At the Colissimo surcharge page you can find an up to date overview.
Non-standard parcel	€ 6.70	This surcharge applies to all parcels that do not meet the characteristics of a standard parcel defined in Colissimo's terms and conditions and require special handling. Applicable in particular for parcels with the following dimensions: L + W + H > 150 cm (with a maximum of 200 cm). This is often applied to unstable boxes and unusual shapes.
Non-compliant packaging or labeling	€ 6.50	This surcharge applies to parcels with labeling or packaging anomalies identified by Colissimo’s platforms. These issues require manual handling and incur additional charges.
Unacceptable parcel	€ 50.20	An unacceptable parcel must not be handed over to Colissimo. For all delivery methods, items that do not meet the conditions for mechanized parcels or non-mechanized parcels defined in the general conditions are not accepted in the postal network.
Decarbonization surcharge	€ 0.03	Effective July 15th, 2024, Colissimo will implement a new surcharge of €0.03 per parcel. This charge applies to all parcels, including domestic, international, and overseas shipments.
