BPost

If you have a carrier contract with BPost, you can integrate this shipping contract in Returnless. This way you can offer the BPost shipping methods to your customers, while using your own negotiated rates.

Installation

To add a new BPost shipping contract, follow these steps:

Configuring your BPost account

Go to the bpost Shipping Manager tool and navigate to Admin and follow the steps below:

  • Go to Delivery Settings.
  • Click on "🖊 € " symbol from the line "International home or office"
  • Click on "Add a price zone"
  • Select all countries / zones from left column and add them in the right column (add a random rate)
  • Save your change.

Getting your credentials

Account ID

Your Bpost account ID consists of 6 digits. You can look up your account ID using the steps below:

  1. Go to https://www.bpost.be/portal/login
  2. Choose 'Shipping Manager
  3. Go to "Admin
  4. Go to 'General Settings
  5. Here you can find the 'Account ID

General Service Passphrase

  1. Go to https://www.bpost.be/portal/login
  2. Choose 'Shipping Manager
  3. Go to "Admin
  4. Go to 'General Settings
  5. Here you can find the passphrase. Note that this passphrase must not exceed 30 characters.

Tracking Service Passphrase

Your 'Tracking Service Passphrase' cannot be found in the Bpost user portal. To request this password, please contact shippingmanager@bpost.be. The Shipping Manager department will generate a 'Tracking Password' for you.

Installing your integration

To add a new integration with BPost, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
  2. Click the Shipping contracts tab.
  3. Click the Add shipping contract button to add a new BPost.

Important: Once your integration is saved it will be marked as Pending until it is activated. You will receive an email once the integration is active, only then will you be able to offer this shipping method to customers.

Enabling shipping countries for international shipping.

When you ship with your own BPost contract, your must manually enable each of the destination countries you will be shipping to in the bpost Shipping Manager by following the steps below:

  • Go to Shipping Manager.
  • Go to Admin.
  • Go to Delivery Settings.
  • Click on € symbol international home or office.
  • Click on Add a price zone.
  • Select all countries from the left column to which you want to ship and add them to the right column via the (>>) button. Before you can save, you have to enter a tariff of your choice per weight step.
  • Save your changes by pressing save configuration.
