Request Grid


The request grid is the main page to browse through your return requests

To access the return grid:

  1. Login to your Return panel
  2. Navigate to the Requests menu.

The number next to the Requests menu is the number of pending requests you have

Browsing requests

The request grid is your home for browsing through all your return requests. Here you can follow all your requests and their most important information like their StateStatus or Value.

Requests are sorted by date descending (more recent first)

To see the details of one specific return, click on its return number, you will be taken to a new page with all information relevant to that return.

Pagination

You can use the top-right or bottom-right arrows to browse through the different pages of return requests.

The default page size contains 25 items, to change the number of items shown per page, click on the show 25 items per page button at the bottom right of the grid and select a desired page size.

Columns

You can now sort requests by each columns by clicking on the column title.

You can customize which information are visible in your grid. To do so, press the top-left button Columns to open the columns menu. Here you can select using the checkboxes which information you want displayed within the grid.

Filter

To search through your requests, you can access the Filter menu at the top-left of the grid. Here you can set filters for various parameters:

Parameter Description
Created from Filter for requests created after this date.
Created to Filter for requests created before this date.
Value from Filter for requests with a value equal or higher than this value
Value to Filter for requests with a value lower or equal to this value
QTY from Filter for requests with a quantity higher than this value
QTY to Filter for requests with a quantity lower or equal to this value
Integration Filter for requests for orders made using this integration
Language Filter for requests using this language
Form Filter for requests using this form
State Filter for requests in this state
Status Filter for requests in this status
Notes Filter for requests with notes read or unread
Tags Filter for requests tagged with this tag

Saved Filters

At any time you can save a filter by pressing the Save current filter button. Your filter parameters will be saved under a desired name.

Your saved filters appear at the top of the grid, you can quickly switch between them by pressing on their name. To see all requests, press the All button.

Manage Filters

To manage your filters, press the Manage filters button. A popup containing all your saved filters will show.

You are able to remove a saved filter by pressing the Remove button next to it.

Export

Export your requests data by pressing the Export button at the top right of the grid.

You are then presented with multiple choices of date ranges, you can also choose a custom date range.

By pressing Generate export your export will be generated with the selected date range, you will be then able to download said export, in a .zip file format.

The generated export contains the following data:

Name Description
return-order-items.csv Contains all returned items
return-orders.csv Contains all returned orders with associated data like customer information and return status.
return-question-answers.csv Contains all customers' answers to return questions.
shipments.csv Contains all returns shipments with associated data like cost, tracking number.

Bulk Actions

Selecting one or many requests by clicking on their respective checkbox activates the ability for bulk actions across the selected requests.

Press the Action button at the bottom-left of the grid. This is useful for instance to change the status or state of multiple requests at once.
