By Integrating Returnless to your WooCommerce account, you can easily connect returns made through Returnless to your WooCommerce webshop.

The WooCommerce Integration has these features:

Installation

Prerequisite

To integrate your WooCommerce webshop with Returnless, we suggest to install the Returnless WooCommerce Connector. This plugin is used to find an order in WooCommerce using the order number. This is helpful in case you use a plugin to have custom order numbers.

Adding an integration

To create a new integration between Returnless and WooCommerce, follow these steps:

Login to your return panel
Navigate to the Settings > Integrations page where you will find the E-commerce platform section.
Select the Add new integration button.
Select the WooCommerce integration. The following modal will open to further set up your integration

To generate WooCommerce consumer key and consumer secret, please visit the following WooCommerce documentation on API Keys. Note that you will need to generate keys with read/write access.

Activating an integration

To activate the integration, you will need to enable the integration in a return form. Follow these steps:

Login to your Return
Navigate to Settings > Return forms and open the applicable return form.
Go to the Integrations tab and select the WooCommerce integration which you've added in the previous step.

GiftCard support

WooCommerce offers various plugins to enhance its coupon solution into Gift Cards.

Returnless can integrate with the following plugin:

Gift Cards created through Returnless will seamlessly be generated through those plugins via their Integration. If you wish to use the giftcard feature, ensure your Woocommerce is set up with the desired plugin.

Settings

Dimensions and weight settings

The weight and dimensions for products which have been provided by 3rd party plugins are not supported in the integration.

The WooCommerce integration only support the weight and dimensions that are set up in the product data section. To set up the weight and dimensions, refer to the WooCommerce guide.

In the Integration settings, you can define which units are set for product dimensions and weight to ensure correct mapping in Returnless.

Attributes

Here you can decide which custom attributes you would like displayed. If the value is empty, all attributes will be shown. Else, enter a comma separated list of custom attribute keys to filter them for display.
