By connecting a Pulpo warehouse management system to Returnless, you can easily set up a return form for your web store.

Returns that are created can then be easily, automatically processed. The Pulpo WMS has these features:

Installation

Creating Pulpo credentials

To make a connection to your Pulpo portal, you will need to create a new API user for Returnless. To do that, follow these steps:

  • Login to your Pulpo portal and navigate to the Administration section.
  • Click the Users tab, and press the + button to add a new user.
  • Enter the details for the new user, all other fields can be left empty:
  • Click the Create button to create the new user.
Setting Description
Username / password Choose a username and password that you want to use for Returnless. Please remember to choose a strong (long) password.
First name Returnless
Last name API
Active True
Warehouses Select all warehouses, or select a specific warehouse for limited access.

Adding an integration

To create a new integration between Returnless and Pulpo, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your return panel
  2. Navigate to the Settings > Integrations page where you will find the E-commerce platform section.
  3. To add a new integration, select the Add new integration button.
  4. Select the Pulpo integration. The following modal will open to further set up your integration

Activating an integration

To activate the integration, you will need to enable the integration in a return form. Follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Return panel
  2. Navigate to Settings > Return forms and open the applicable return form.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab and select the Pulpo integration which you've added in the previous step.
