Integration Overview

The integration between Returnless and ChannelDock is developed and managed by ChannelDock.

While Returnless supports the connection, the technical setup and maintenance are handled by the ChannelDock team. This integration provides two main benefits:

  • Order Import: All return orders submitted via your Returnless return form are automatically imported into ChannelDock.
  • Status Sync: Once a return is processed in ChannelDock, a status update is sent back to Returnless, marking the order with a "processed" tag.

How it works

From Returnless: When a customer submits a return order via your Returnless form, the data is automatically shared with ChannelDock. This ensures your warehouse team sees all incoming return orders in the WMS from ChannelDock.

From ChannelDock: When your warehouse team checks and processes the return in ChannelDock, a status update is triggered. This event adds a "processed" tag to the return order in Returnless, signaling to your Customer Service (or Finance) team that the return is ready for a refund or further action.
