By connecting your bol account with Returnless, you will be able to process bol returns through Returnless or have your consumers create returns in Returnless using your return form. Using this integration, you can work in two ways:

• Search order: connect your Returnless return form to bol, and make it possible for your customers to find their bol order in the return form.
• Return importer: you can also decide to use the return panel of the bol. After the returns are created in bol, they will be imported in Returnless. This way, you can find all returns in Returnless.

Orders older than 90 days are not available because Bol only provides access to the most recent 90 days of order data.

Finalize return

Important: The finalize return action is only available for returns that have been created using the return importer.

Once an imported return is processed, you can use the action 'Finalize return' to mark the return as received in bol. Once initiated, the finalize return action will mark all items in the return as received.

Advantages of using the bol integration

Returnless will be able to import your bol returns or have your customers announce their returns via your return form. This allows you to process all returns (including returns from other channels) in a single return-dedicated solution. This offers several advantages:

• Easier return data analysis by having a streamlined return processing flow.
• Process returns in a single system (using Returnless or for example a WMS).
• Ability to trigger refunds automatically by finalizing returns in Returnless.

Installation

The connection is set up by creating an API key in your bol seller account.

Creating a bol API key

To genereate a new API key, follow these steps:

1. Login to your bol seller panel.
2. Navigate to the API settings (Instellingen > Diensten > API Instellingen).
3. Click the Aanmaken button and enter any name for the integration (for example "Returnless"). The credentials will be generated.

Adding an integration

To create a new integration between Returnless and bol, follow these steps:

• Login to your return panel and
• Navigate to the Settings > Integrations page where you will find the E-commerce platform section.
• To add a new integration, select the Add new integration button.
• Select the bol integration. A modal will open and ask you for the Client ID and Client Secret, which you created in the previous step.

Activating search order feature

To activate the functionality to search for a bol order, you will need to enable the integration in a return form. Follow these steps:

1. Login to your Return panel  
2. Navigate to Settings > Return forms and open the settings of the applicable return form.
3. Go to the Integrations tab and set the Default search integration to your bol integration. Doing this will automatically enable the Can search order trait in the integration trait overview for the integration.

Activating finalize return feature

To start marking returns in bol as received, the finalize return trait needs to be enabled. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Return panel
2. Navigate to Settings > Return forms and open the settings of the applicable return form.
3. Go to the Integrations tab.
4. Scroll down to the bol integration and enable the option Can finalize return.

3. Click the Settings button at the appropiate bol integration. Here you will find the settings for the integration.

Activating importer feature

The importer functionality will run once every hour at 5 minutes to the full hour (8:55, 9:55, ...)
