By connecting a BigCommerce web store to Returnless, you can easily set up a return form for your web store.
The BigCommerce integration has these features:

Installation
Adding an integration
To create a new integration between Returnless and CCV Shop, follow these steps:
- Login to your return panel
- Navigate to the Settings > Integrations page where you will find the E-commerce platform section.
- To add a new integration, select the Add new integration button.
- Select the BigCommerce integration. A modal will open with further instructions to finish the installation.
Your store_hash is the alphanumeric value that follows
store-in your default storefront’s permanent address.
Generating your access token
- Go to your store's Advanced Settings then click API Accounts and create a new API key.
- Create a key with this permissions:
- Click the Save button. A window containing your BigCommerce API Credential with Client ID and Access Token will appear.

Activating the integration
To activate the integration, you will need to enable the integration in a return form. Follow these steps:
- Login to your Return panel
- Navigate to Settings > Return forms and open the applicable return form.
- Go to the Integrations tab and select the BigCommerce integration which you've added in the previous step.

Coupon settings
Here you can configure the coupons issued via Returnless to your users.
Important: Coupons issued via Returnless are only usable with the default currency of your shop. If your shop uses multiple currencies and your customer is not using the default one, prefer using Gift Cards instead.
Here are the following settings:
