API keys

Returnless provides a powerful REST API to enable webshops to connect third-party software. To authenticate with the API you will first need to create API keys.


Creating API keys

To create a new API key, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
  2. Click the API keys tab.
  3. Click the Create API key button, a modal will open to configure your new API key.
Parameter Description
Name Choose any name for internal use, so you can easily recognize where the API key is used for.
Team member Select the team member who is responsible for this API key. This is used for administrative purposes.
