Tags
Tags are useful to categorise your return questions and return rules. On this page you can manage your tags.
To navigate to the Tags page:
- Login to your Return panel
- Navigate to the Settings > General Settings page
- Click the Tags tab.
Managing Tags
On this page you can visualize all tags available to use.
Creating a Tag
Press the Add tag button at the top-right of the page. A pop-up will appear asking you for a name and description.
You are also able to choose a color for the tag created, press the tag icon above the name to select a desired color for the tag.
Once done, press Save Tag. Your newly created tag will appear on the list.
Edit a Tag
On the main grid, press the Edit button next to the tag you want to edit. A popup with all tag information will appear for you to update.
Once done, press Save Tag to save your changes.
Remove a Tag
On the main grid, press the Remove button next to the tag you want to remove.
