Invoices
When you have purchased a Returnless subscription in the panel, you will instantly receive your first invoice containing the subscription fee.

Below you can find an overview of all the possible invoice items that you can find on your invoice. Please be sure to check the Returnless panel in order to find the specifications of those invoice items.

Subscription Fee
This item contains the plan that you selected in the Billing & Subscription page inside the Returnless Panel and can be annual or monthly.
Platform Fee (only applicable for fulfillment partners)
A fixed amount per return that is processed through Returnless for fulfillment partners.
Shipping Charges V2
When using Returnless' shipping rates, we will charge you with the shipping rates as mentioned in Shipping Methods. When you click on a specific Shipping Method, you can find the cost price in the pop-up window. The sum of all cost prices in the past month is invoiced to you as Shipping Charges.
NB: Please note that possible surcharges from carriers are also included in the Shipping Charges line item.**
In the Returnless panel it is possible to find the specifications of all the transactions.
Paid Return Contributions including administration fees
When you charge your customer for a return shipment, we will reimburse that amount to you through a credit amount on the invoice. We facilitate the consumer payment and take care of the VAT of the consumer payments. To process these transactions, we charge an administration fee. In our earlier V1 platform, we sum up the Shipping Charges, surcharges and Paid Return Contributions incl. Administration Fees under the line item Shipping Charges V1.
