Joining an existing account
We recommend using one account per company so that all your return data is available in one place. If one of your colleagues already has an account, it makes sense to become part of this existing account.
Ask your colleague to invite you to the existing account by following the steps described in the Invite a team member article.
Register a new account
In case you want to create a new account for your company, you can do so on the Registration page. After you have finished the registration, your role will be the owner of this new account. However, you can transfer ownership to another team member at any moment.

Login to an account
In case you want to login to your account, go to the Login page. Enter your e-mail address and chosen password to continue.
Forgot your password
If you receive an email to reset your password when you did not request it, please ignore the email. Always check if the sender of the email is returnless.com. If it is not, contact support. We never ask you for your password and the email could possibly be a phishing email.
In case you forgot your password, you can reset it. Follow these steps:
- Go to the Forgot password page and enter your email address.
- If an account is associated with the email address entered, we will send you an email with instructions to reset the password.
Login with Two-step authentication
When Two-step authentication (2FA) is enabled and your session is expired or unknown, you may be asked to identify yourself with your 2FA code.
When prompted to authenticate yourself, enter the 6 digits of your 2FA device.
Sign in to your Returnless account without a 2FA device and/or recovery code
There are a few ways to regain access to your Returnless account if you no longer have your authorized two-step authentication device (for example, your mobile phone) and/or recovery code.
If you still have your recovery code
- Sign in with your email address and password.
- Click Or use a recovery code way when prompted to enter your two-step authentication code.
- Enter your recovery code to disable two-step authentication. (The recovery code was shown to you when you set up two-step authentication or if you regenerated a new one.)
If you do not have your recovery code
If you do not have access to your account or recovery codes, you should contact support. They will ask you to verify your identity and then temporarily disable 2FA.
