Chronopost
If you have a carrier contract with Chronopost, you can integrate this shipping contract in Returnless. This way you can offer the Chronopost shipping methods to your customers, while using your own negotiated rates.
Note: If you plan to make use of Chrono 2Shop Direct, 2Shop Retour, 2Shop Europe, 2Shop Europe Retour or Shop2Shop please check before hand with your Chronopost account manager that you have those methods included in your contract, and that you are activating the right contract name, otherwise you could incur additional surcharges from Chronopost. The additional costs are the difference in price between customers rates and the public rates if the wrong contract is activated.
Installation
To add a new Chronopost shipping contract, follow these steps:
- Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
- Click the Shipping contracts tab.
- Click the Add shipping contract button and choose Chronopost.
The following are the fields you need to configure:

| Account number | Chronopost Express contract number. Your contract number can be found on your contract. |
| Password | Contact the Chronopost Tech Support (0825 885 866) to get your 6-digit password for the webservices, if you do not have it already. |
How to activate a Chrono Shop2Shop contract (optional)
The following steps are not needed for regular use. Only continue if you are asked to do so by Returnless support.
If you want to ship with Shop2Shop, you must enter your credentials (see below) in your Returnless panel, depending on your situation:
- Your Chrono Shop2Shop contract is a sub-account of your Chronopost (Express) contract
- Your Chrono Shop2Shop contract is a separate contract
Your Chrono Shop2Shop contract is a sub-account of your Chronopost (Express) contract
If your Shop2Shop contract is a sub-account of your Chronopost (Express) contract, enter your Chrono Shop2Shop credentials in the Shop2Shop dedicated fields:
- Shop2Shop contract number (optional)
- Shop2Shop password (optional)
- Sub-account number (optional)
Your Chrono Shop2Shop contract is a separate contract
Fill in your credentials in the first three available fields (not those dedicated to Shop2Shop):
- Contract name (optional) : Feel free to choose a different name to make the difference between your two Chronopost contracts (e.g: Chrono Shop2Shop).
- Contract number
- Password
If you don't have the above information or are not sure where to find it, call 0825 801 801 and ask to speak with the Pôle de Gestion commerciale (PGC). Kindly ask them to provide you with your Chronotrace password. You may also ask your Account Executive at Chronopost. They will also be able to help you with this.
