Multicollo

The Multicollo feature allows customers to create multiple shipments for a single return request. This is useful when returning multiple items that do not fit in a single package.

How to setup this feature?

1. Enable multiple shipments: Use the dropdown to select the number of additional shipments allowed (from 0 to unlimited).
2. Allow free additional labels: If you want customers to generate extra shipping labels without extra costs, enable the toggle "Additional labels can be created for free."
3. Save your settings: Click the Save button to apply your Multicollo settings.
