What does this feature do?
This feature allows you to manage return statuses to match your internal return process. By defining custom statuses, you can track and process returns in a structured and efficient way.
Why is this feature important?
- Clear return tracking – Monitor each return’s progress with custom statuses.
- Process alignment – Create statuses that fit your specific return workflow.
- Improved efficiency – Ensure returns are handled consistently with predefined statuses.
How to use this feature?
- Add or edit statuses – Click Add status to create a new status or Edit to modify an existing one.
- Set parameters – Define a title and assign a color to the status for clear identification.
- Mark return as resolved – Enable this toggle for statuses like "Refunded," "Exchanged," or "Repaired" to automatically mark the return as resolved on the consumer page.
- Sort statuses – Drag and drop statuses to arrange them in the preferred order.
- Remove statuses – Click Remove to delete a status (if it is not currently in use).

- The "Mark return as resolved" option helps streamline the return flow by automatically updating the consumer page to reflect the resolved status.
