Create a Returnless account

Starting with Returnless? Create a free account to begin setting up your returns process right away. This article explains how to register a new account, how to join an existing one, and how to access your account securely.


Registering a New Account

If your company does not yet have a Returnless account, you can create a new one on the Registration page.

After completing the registration:

  • Your role will automatically be set as Account Owner.
  • You may transfer ownership to another team member at any time.

Registration Fields

Input Description Example
Name Your first and last name. Jane Doe
Company The official name of your company. This does not need to match the name shown on your return form, as that can be customized per form. Travelshop
Email address Your work or personal email address to log in with. jane.doe@travelshop.com
Password / Confirm password Choose a secure password that meets the following requirements:- Minimum of 8 characters- At least one uppercase letter- At least one number

Joining an Existing Account

We recommend using one Returnless account per company, so all return data remains in one place.

If a colleague already has an active Returnless account, it’s best to join that account instead of creating a new one.

To join an existing account, ask your colleague to invite you. They can do so by following the steps in the Invite a Team Member article.
