Profile
Your Profile settings allow you to personalize the Return Panel and manage your account security. This article explains each available setting and how to update your password, enable Two-step authentication, and delete your account.
Personal Information
You can customize your profile in My Account > Profile. The following settings are available:
Profile Fields

| Photo | Upload a profile photo to use as your avatar. Your picture will be visible to team members and consumers and will appear next to any notes you post. |
| Email address | The email address used for communication and for logging into the Return Panel. |
| Name | Your display name, shown to team members and consumers and included next to notes you post. |
| Timezone | Select the timezone used to display return data and timestamps in your account. |
| Language | Choose the interface language (currently supported: English and German). |

Changing Your Password
To keep your account secure, we recommend updating your password regularly.
How to set a new password
- In the Profile page, enter your current password under Current password.
- Enter your new password in both New password and Repeat new password.
- Click Save.
Password requirements
Your password must include:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number

Two-Step Authentication (2FA)
We strongly recommend enabling Two-step authentication to add an additional layer of security to your account.
Enabling 2FA
- Go to My Account > Profile.
- In the Two-step authentication section, click Enable.
- Scan the QR code using your preferred authentication app on your smartphone.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code.
You will receive recovery codes. These are shown only once. Store them in a safe place—your recovery codes allow access to your account if you lose your authentication device.
Disabling 2FA
To disable Two-step authentication, navigate to My Account > Profile and click Disable in the Two-step authentication section.
Session Lifetime
- Sessions automatically reset every 90 days, requiring you to re-enter your 2FA code.
- If you manually Sign out, your session ends immediately and you will be prompted for your 2FA code the next time you log in.

Delete Account
Deleting your account is permanent. Instead of deleting your account, we recommend pausing your subscription to retain access to your return data.
How to delete your account
Only the Account Owner can delete the account:
- Go to My Account > Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Delete account.

Before deleting:
- Ensure you are logged in to the correct account. You can confirm this by clicking your name in the top-right corner and checking the account displayed in the dropdown.
- Once deleted, the account cannot be reopened.
- We recommend exporting your data to a CSV file before deleting your account.
