Return addresses
Return addresses are the locations where customers send products back. You can create and manage multiple return addresses—for example, for different countries, warehouses, or return partners.
Managing Your Return Addresses
To access your return address settings:
- Log in to your Return Panel.
- Navigate to Settings → Return addresses.
From here you can add, edit, or delete return addresses.
Add a New Return Address
- Click + Add new return address.
- A modal window will open where you can enter the details of the new address.
Primary Return Addresses
For each country, you can set one primary return address.
When a customer creates a return with a shipping method for that country, the primary return address for that country will be selected automatically.

Edit a Return Address
To update an existing return address:
- In the address list, click Edit address next to the address you want to modify.
- A modal will open with the current address details.
- Make your changes and click Edit return address to save.
Note: You cannot change the country of a return address once it has been created.
Delete a Return Address
You can only delete a return address if it is not set as the primary address for its country.
To delete an address:
- Open the Edit a return address modal for the address you want to remove.
- Click the Delete button at the bottom-left of the modal.
