Billing & Subscription

This article explains how your Returnless subscription is managed and how billing works for your usage of the platform.

Selecting Your Subscription

In the Billing & Subscription section of your Returnless panel, you can manage your active subscription and choose the plan that best fits your business needs.

How to navigate to the subscription panel

  1. Log in to your Returnless panel.
  2. Go to Settings > Billing & Subscription.
  3. Scroll down to the Subscription section.

Here, you can compare available plans and select the combination of features and usage volumes that best meet your requirements.

Subscription options explained

Selection Description
Max returns Choose the maximum number of returns you expect to process monthly or yearly. When this limit is reached, your plan will automatically renew.
Billing cycle Select monthly or annual billing. Annual plans provide 12× the monthly return allowance, making them ideal for businesses with seasonal fluctuations. Annual subscriptions also come with an additional discount.
Plan Choose between Operate, Integrate, or Automate, depending on the features you need. Click Compare features to review what each plan includes.

Auto-renewal

Returnless uses an auto-renewal system based on your return volume.

When you reach the maximum number of returns included in your plan, your billing cycle resets. A new invoice is generated on the day your return limit is exceeded.

Example

You selected a plan for 100 returns, starting on March 1st, billed at €105 per month.

If your 101st return is processed on March 27th, your cycle resets at that moment. You receive a new invoice for €105, covering March 27th–April 27th.

Annual plans work the same way: once the yearly maximum number of returns is reached, a new yearly subscription starts immediately with a new invoice.
