Invoices
When you purchase a Returnless subscription through the Returnless Panel, your first invoice is generated immediately. This invoice includes the subscription fee for your selected plan.
You can view and download all invoices at any time via the Billing History section in your Returnless panel.
Invoice Overview
Returnless invoices may contain several different line items. Below is an overview of all possible line items you may encounter. For full details and specifications of each item, please refer to the Billing & Subscription page within your Returnless panel.

Line Item Details
Subscription Fee
This fee corresponds to the plan you selected in the Billing & Subscription page.
It can be billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen subscription cycle.
Platform Fee (only applicable for fulfillment partners)
A fixed amount charged per return that is processed through Returnless.
This fee applies exclusively to fulfillment partners using Returnless software.
Shipping Charges V2
If you use Returnless’ own shipping rates, the cost price of each shipment is charged to you.
You can view the cost price of a shipping method by selecting it in Shipping Methods inside the Returnless panel—each pop-up shows the associated rates.
The total of all cost prices from the previous month is invoiced as Shipping Charges V2.
Note: Carrier surcharges (if applicable) are included in this line item.
All transaction details can be found in your Returnless panel, including a full breakdown of monthly shipping activity.
Paid Return Contributions (including administration fees)
If you charge customers for return shipments, Returnless collects these payments on your behalf.
The paid amount is reimbursed to you through a credit on your invoice.
Returnless handles:
- Consumer payment processing
- VAT settlement on consumer payments
To process these payments, an administration fee is charged.
