Languages & countries
Returnless allows you to tailor the return experience for customers across different regions by managing supported languages and countries within your return forms. These settings determine which languages customers can view your return form in, and which countries they can select when creating a return.
Languages
If a language is not yet visible in your return form, first ensure it is activated in the settings of the Return form. Only activated languages will appear in the Return panel, where you can add translations for all customer-facing text.
Managing Languages
- Navigate to Settings → General settings in your Return form.
- Scroll to the Languages section.
- To add a language, select it from the list.
- To remove a language, click the Remove button next to it.
Once a language is activated, you can provide translations within the Return panel.

Available Languages
Returnless currently offers the following languages. When applicable, an informal tone of voice is used:
- Bulgarian
- Czech
- Danish
- Dutch
- English
- Finnish
- French
- German
- Hungarian
- Italian
- Polish
- Portuguese
- Romanian
- Slovak
- Swedish
- Spanish
Countries
The countries you activate determine which options appear for consumers when submitting a return. Shipping methods are also dependent on the available countries—only countries enabled in this list can have shipping methods activated per return form.
Managing Countries
- Go to Settings → General settings and scroll to the Countries section.
- To add a country, select it from the list.
- To remove a country, click the Remove button next to the country you want to deactivate.
Activated countries will then appear as selectable options in the return form and determine which shipping methods become available.
