Store locations

Store locations allow your customers to return products directly to one of your physical stores. Before enabling store locations on your return form, make sure you have created and configured your locations. To add, edit, or manage store locations, see the Manage store locations documentation.

Adding Store Locations to Your Return Form

Once your store locations exist, follow these steps to activate them on your return form:

1. Log in to your Return panel.
2. Navigate to Settings > Return forms.
3. Open the Settings of the applicable return form.
4. Click the Store Locations tab.
5. Toggle the checkbox to enable store locations for this return form.
6. Click Save.

When enabled, customers will be able to select a store location as their return method.

Store Location Configuration

You can customize how store locations are displayed to your customers. These settings determine which store options they see and how information is presented.

To access the configuration:

1. Log in to your Return panel.
2. Navigate to Settings > Return forms.
3. Open the Settings of the applicable return form.
4. Click the Shipping settings tab.
5. Scroll down to Store location settings.
