Return form integrations
When a customer searches for their order in a return form, Returnless looks for matching orders across all connected integrations. In the Integrations panel of a return form, you can control which integrations are used and how they contribute to the return flow.
This allows you to link multiple systems, such as your webshop platform and a warehouse management system (WMS), and define exactly how each integration is used.
Accessing the integrations settings
To access and configure the integrations for a return form:
- Log in to your Returnless panel.
- Navigate to Return forms.
- Open the return form you want to configure.
- Click the Integrations tab.

Enriched integrations
In the Integrations tab, you will see all integrations that are available in your account.
You can:
- Link multiple integrations to the same return form
- Select a default search integration (used for order lookup)
- Enable specific features for each additional integration
This provides flexibility, for example, using your webshop integration for order search while also enabling a WMS integration to support warehouse-related functionality.
Choosing a default search integration
The default search integration determines how customers find their orders in the return form.
At the top of the Integrations panel, select your preferred order search integration from the dropdown list (this is the integration used for the order lookup step by your customers). All available integrations in your account will appear in this list.

Activating extra integrations
Each integration can provide various features depending on its capabilities.
To activate additional features:
- Scroll down to the integration you want to enable.
- Use the toggles to activate the specific features you want to use.
You can activate multiple integrations at once, for example, keeping one integration for order search and enabling others for warehouse or logistics features.
