About platform integrations
Platform integrations allow you to connect external systems to Returnless. These integrations enable you to retrieve sales orders, create coupons or refunds, generate gift cards, import returns, and more, depending on the capabilities of each platform.
Where to Find Platform Integrations
- Log in to your Returnless panel.
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Open the E-commerce platform tab
Using Multiple Integrations
It is possible to use multiple platform integrations at the same time. To do this, the same sales order must be available across all connected platforms. Returnless always uses the default integration as the primary source when validating an order. When a consumer fills in the validation fields (typically order number + email address):
- Returnless first checks the default integration for the order.
- If the order is found, Returnless then searches the secondary integrations for the same order.
- If the order exists across multiple platforms, Returnless can perform multiple integration-specific actions for that order.
This ensures that workflows remain consistent while supporting multi-platform setups.
Adding a New Integration

Select the platform you want to connect.

Follow the steps shown in the Integration guide (available after selecting a platform).

Platform Integration Features
Using the Returnless API allows you to build any workflow you need, even if a platform does not natively support certain actions. For example, it is technically possible to create refunds in Oracle NetSuite via the Returnless API, but this requires developer effort on your end. The tables below provides an overview of available platforms and their supported features:
