Product analytics

The Products Analytics page gives you detailed insights into which products are returned, how often, and why. This helps you track product performance, identify problematic items, and understand return behavior over time.

How to access the Products Analytics page

  1. Log in to your Returnless panel.
  2. Navigate to Analytics in the main menu.
  3. Open the Products tab.

What you can see in Products Analytics

In this section, you will find a list of all products that have been returned within a selected time period.

Use the date picker to choose the period you want to analyze.

Available filters

You can narrow down the results using a range of filters, allowing you to focus on products with specific characteristics.

Filter name Description
Form View only products returned through a selected return form.
Brand Filter products by brand.
Supplier Show products associated with a specific supplier.
Amount Returned (from/to) Filter by how many times a product has been returned.
QTY Returned (from/to) Filter by the quantity of items returned for each product.
Value (from/to) Filter by the total return value for each product.
Order Date (from/to) Filter products returned from orders placed within selected dates.
Return Reasons Show products returned for selected return reasons.

These filters can be combined to create highly targeted product insights.

Viewing product details

To access detailed analytics for a specific product, click on the product name in the Products Analytics list.

The product detail page displays extended information, including:

  • Number of return orders
  • Missed revenue
  • Product cost
  • Estimated lost margin
  • Return request quantities
  • Quantity received
  • Quantity returned to stock
  • Return reasons
  • Return questions

These insights help you understand the performance of each product and identify opportunities for quality improvements or policy changes.
