QLS

If you have a QLS account, you can integrate QLS with Returnless. This way you can offer the QLS shipping methods to your customers.

Available shipping methods

QLS lets you integrate with the following shipping methods:

• DPD Shop Return
• DHL eCommerce Drop off
• DHL Parcel Connect Return
• PostNL Return
• PostNL Smart return (printerless)

Installation

To add a new QLS integration, follow these steps:

Adding the integration in QLS

To enable communication between QLS and Returnless, you need to create a new user in QLS.

1. Login to your QLS account and navigate to the Settings menu.
2. Click the Users menu item.
3. Create a new user for Returnless. You can use one of your own email addresses (for example returnless@yourstore.com ). QLS will email you an email to create a password, which you will need in the next step.

Adding a webhook in QLS

To send statusupdates regarding shipments and returns from QLS to Returnless, you can add a webhook:

1. Go to Settings  > Webhooks .
2. Click the Create button.
3. Select type: shipment.status and enter URL https://webhooks.returnless.com/qls/webhook  and click the Save button.

Adding the integration in Returnless

To enable communication between QLS and Returnless, you need to create an integration in Returnless.

1. Login to your Returnless return panel account and navigate to the Settings menu.
2. Click the Integrations tab and click the Shipping contracts tab.
3. Find the QLS integration and click the Add contract button.
4. You will need to enter some credentials from your QLS account:
5. Save the integration to finish the setup.
