QLS shipping integration
If you have a QLS account, you can integrate QLS with Returnless. This way you can offer the QLS shipping methods to your customers.

To add a new QLS integration, follow these steps:
Adding the integration in QLS
To enable communication between QLS and Returnless, you need to create a new user in QLS.
- Login to your QLS account
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Click the Users menu item.
- Create a new user for Returnless. You can use one of your own email addresses (for example returnless@yourstore.com ). QLS will email you an email to create a password, which you will need in the next step.
Adding a webhook in QLS
To send statusupdates regarding shipments and returns from QLS to Returnless, you can add a webhook:
- Go to Settings > Webhooks .
- Click the Create button.
- Select type: shipment.status and enter URL https://webhooks.returnless.com/qls/webhook and click the Save button.
Adding the integration in Returnless
To enable communication between QLS and Returnless, you need to create an integration in Returnless.
- Login to your Returnless panel
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Click the Integrations tab and click the Shipping contracts tab.
- Find the QLS integration and click the Add contract button.
- You will need to enter some credentials from your QLS account:
- Save the integration to finish the setup.

| Brand ID | Click the Settings menu item and click Trade names . Click the applicable trading name (brand). You will find the brand ID in the address bar, after /brand/. For example, with this URL: https://mijn.pakketdienstqls.nl/company/57f61a0c-8ddc-4af2-bdc5-f6f88b2f1797/brand/728c41a9-4bba-4318-b605-f575a4b2eedd the brand ID is 728c41a9-4bba-4318-b605-f575a4b2eedd . |
| Username | Email address of the user which was created in the previous step. |
