Monta shipping

If you have a Monta account, you can integrate Monta with Returnless. This way you can offer the Monta shipping methods to your customers.

Important: A requirement for creating labels for your return orders is that the return order is available in Monta. If the return is not available, a label cannot be created using this integration.

Monta lets you integrate with the following shipping methods:

• DPD Shop Return
• DHL eCommerce Drop off
• DHL Parcel Connect Return
• PostNL Brievenbuspakket
• PostNL Return
• PostNL Smart return (printerless)
• UPS Standard Return

Installation

To add a new Monta integration, follow these steps:

Creating Monta API credentials

To make a connection to your Monta portal, you will need to create a new API user for Returnless. To do that, follow these steps:

• Login to your Monta portal.
• Click the blue Home tab, and select the Connect tab.
• Click the REST API button and click the +  icon to add a new API user. Enter the follow details:
  • Username: Returnless_shipment
  • Email: support@returnless.com
• Click the Connect  button and save the password that will appear, as it will only be shown once. Please note Monta may have changed the username, you can find the username in the table with API users that is shown to you once the user is saved.

Adding a Monta integration

To add a new integration with Monta, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Return panel and navigate to the Integrations menu.
2. Click the Shipping contracts tab.
3. Click the Add shipping contract button
4. Add a new Monta contract
