By connecting a ItsPerfect web store to Returnless, you can easily set up a return form for your web store. Returns that are created can then be easily, automatically processed. The ItsPerfect integration has these features:

Installation

Adding an integration

To create a new integration between Returnless and ItsPerfect, follow these steps:

Login to your return panel
Navigate to the Settings > Integrations page where you will find the E-commerce platform section.
To add a new integration, select the Add new integration button.
Select the ItsPerfect integration. The following modal will open to further set up your integration

To get a token, username and password, head to the API section in your ItsPerfect panel.

Activating an integration

To activate the integration, you will need to enable the integration in a return form. Follow these steps:

Login to your Return panel
Navigate to Settings > Return forms and open the applicable return form.
Go to the Integrations tab and select the ItsPerfect integration which you've added in the previous step.

Settings

Here are the configurable settings for your ItsPerfect integration:

Configuration	Description
Validation Method	Define here how to validate the customer's order, available option: Email Address
Order Search Method	Choose which field in your ItsPerfect integration will be used for searching orders, available options Webshop order ID or Reference
Mapping	Here you can map your ItsPerfect Return Reasons to Returnless return reasons, this will be used when propagating a return back to ItsPerfect.

Create return

The create return feature is only supported when using the WMS module.

It is possible to create returns in Itsperfect semi-automatically or automatically.

To make sure a return can be announced in ItsPerfect, make sure the API key has the Returns > Toevoegen permission enabled.
