ItsPerfect
By connecting a ItsPerfect web store to Returnless, you can easily set up a return form for your web store. Returns that are created can then be easily, automatically processed. The ItsPerfect integration has these features:

API Credentials
Creating API credentials in ItsPerfect
To get the username and password from your ItsPerfect portal follow these steps:
- Login to your ItsPerfect portal.
- Open the App store and install the Returns portal app
- In the top bar under Apps open the Returns portal
- Add a new External return portal
- Once that is done go to Settings > API
- Add a new API
- In Selection > Type set the returns portal
- Save
Now use the username and password you set there in the Returnless portal
Installation
Adding an integration
To create a new integration between Returnless and ItsPerfect, follow these steps:
- Login to your return panel
- Navigate to the Settings > Integrations page where you will find the E-commerce platform section.
- To add a new integration, select the Add new integration button.
- Select the ItsPerfect integration. The following modal will open to further set up your integration
Settings
Here are the configurable settings for your ItsPerfect integration:

| Order Search Method | Choose which field in your ItsPerfect integration will be used for searching orders, available options Webshop order ID or Reference |
| Mapping | Here you can map your ItsPerfect Return Reasons to Returnless return reasons, this will be used when propagating a return back to ItsPerfect. |
Create return
The create return feature is only supported when using the WMS module.
It is possible to create returns in Itsperfect semi-automatically or automatically.
To make sure a return can be announced in ItsPerfect, make sure the API key has the Returns > Toevoegen permission enabled.
