GoedGepickt
By connecting a GoedGepickt web store to Returnless, you can easily set up a return form for your GoedGepickt web store. Returns that are created can then be easily, automatically processed.
The GoedGepickt integration offers the ability for consumers to create returns based of the order data in GoedGepickt. Also, a pre-announcement of the return can be set up so that warehouse processes regarding returns are optimized.
Installation
The connection is set up via the GoedGepickt Third-party app setup. Make sure to follow the steps provided in the integration guide by GoedGepickt.
Step 1: API Key Creation
We first need to create an API key for GoedGepickt to integrate with Returnless' API.

Once the API key is created, save the key as we need to use it within GoedGepickt.
Step 2: Adding a Third-Party app in GoedGepickt
To add a third-party app in GoedGepickt:
- Open GoedGepickt and navigate to Settings (Instellingen).
- Select Third Party Apps.
- Click Add (Toevoegen).
- Choose Returnless V2.
- Configure your app using the previously created API Key.
Once created you will be given four important data for continuing the integration:
- Order Info URL
- Webhook URL
- Basic Auth Username
- Basic Auth Password
Step 3: Creating the integration on Returnless
- Login to your return panel and navigate to the Settings > Integrations page where you will find the E-commerce platform section.
- To add a new integration, select the Add new integration button.
- Select the Open Integration.
Here are the following fields you need to complete:
- A name and description for your integration
- The previously created basic auth username and password
- The previously created Order Info URL, in the Search Order Section
Step 4: Creating your webhooks
We'll be adding a new endpoint to our webhook to finish the integration.

Here is the configuration expected for your webhook:
- Endpoint: The previously created Webhook URL (step 2)
- Webhook Signing Secret: Copy and save this secret in GoedGepickt in the "Returnless webhook signing secret" field, in the Third Party App settings page.
- Only select return.created as an event for your webhook.
Step 5: Activating your Integration
To activate the integration, you will need to enable the integration in a return form. Follow these steps:
- Login to your Return panel
- Navigate to Settings > Return forms and open the applicable return form.
- Go to the Integrations tab and select the Open Integration which you've added in step 3.
