Manage store locations

Store locations allow your customers to return products directly to one of your physical stores. They are available on the Integrate and Automate plans. To learn more, please see our pricing page.

Store locations appear as shipping methods on your return form. Based on the customer’s address, Returnless automatically offers the nearest available stores so customers can choose the most convenient drop-off point.

Managing Your Store Locations

To access and manage your store locations:

  1. Log in to your Return panel.
  2. Go to SettingsReturn Addresses.
  3. Open the Store Locations tab.

For a deeper explanation of available configuration options, see the Store Locations documentation.

Create a New Store Location

To add a new store location, click Add new store location. A modal will appear where you can set up the store’s details.

Google Maps Lookup

If your store is listed on Google Maps, you can use the Google Places search bar to look it up. After selecting the store from the dropdown, the address details will be filled in automatically.

Customers will be able to open the store in Google Maps directly from the return form. This allows them to easily navigate to the store and view useful information such as opening hours and phone number.

Manually Enter an Address

If you prefer not to use Google Maps lookup, you can manually fill in the store address. Customers can still open the location in Google Maps from the return form, but Google Maps will display the entered address rather than a store profile—meaning phone number and opening hours may not be visible.

Edit a Store Location

To edit an existing store location:

  1. Locate the store in your store locations list.
  2. Click Edit location.
  3. Update the desired details in the modal.
  4. Click Edit store location to save your changes.

Delete a Store Location

To delete a store location:

  1. Click Edit location next to the store.
  2. Select Delete in the modal.

Note: You cannot delete a store location that is linked to one or more shipping methods. You must first remove or update those shipping methods before the store location can be deleted.
